CO2 cartridge refilling machine

CO2 gas filling machine adopts compressed air as power source, and the built-in pneumatic booster pump automatically reciprocates and pressurizes in proportion to drive the medium gas to be transported and filled in high-pressure liquid state, which greatly improves the filling speed. Moreover, the machine adopts automatic pressure control and weight control to realize filling automation and improve filling efficiency and filling weight accuracy.

This system fixes and seals gas cylinder by clamping the cylinder, and adopts customized booster pump to fill, electronic scale automatically measures, automatically pauses filling when reaching the preset weight, and releases the gas cylinder automatically. The machine adopts automatic pressure control and weight control to realize filling automation and improve filling efficiency and filling weight accuracy.

Operation Steps:

1.Connect air-compressor and CO2 cylinder to the relevant ports on the machine's right side. Adjust the driving air regulator to around 0.6MPa.

2.Power on the machine and open main heating switch.

3.Preset filling weight on Touch screen.

4.Preset gas filling protective pressure on Digital gauge

The pressure value must be lower than Nominal working pressure of your gas cylinder. (You can check this pressure with cylinder suppliers)

5.Debugging of different cylinder valves before first filling:

Cylinder valve A: Preset the throttle valve and gas filling speed requlator to maximum

Cylinder valve B+C: Preset the throttle valve and gas filling speed regulator to minimum, without cylinder on it, press

Start button, slowly increase the throttle valve until white smoke continues to come out, press Stop button, the setting completed.

6.Place empty gas cylinder on workstation, press Start button, the workstation will clamp the cylinder, then machine starts filling gas.

7.Observe high pressure outlet digital display value. If the value changes too fast, should decrease the filling speed; if it is too slow, you can slowly increase the filling speed until the filling is stable.

8.When the preset filling weight is reached, the machine stops filling, and buzzer on, then the workstation will release cylinder automatically, gas filling job completed.
