USUN portable safety valve test bench is a new type device designed and manufactured by our company. The equipment structural is compact. 

Pneumatic gas booster pump, liquid booster pump, nitrogen test system from nitrogen cylinder, Precision liquid high pressure gauge, precision gas high pressure gauge, nitrogen test pressure regulating valve, gas and liquid test output needle valves, driven air control switches, drive air pressure regulating valve, high pressure release valve, valve clamping bench, hydraulic oil cylinder clamping device, other precision accessories are assembled in the frame or closed cabinet.

USUN Safety Valve Test Clamping Bench can test kinds of safety relief valve.

Test valve diameter Range from DN15-DN200

Clamping power range:0-20 Tons.  The clamping force can be adjusted. With output needle valve and pressure gauge

Test Pressure can up to 10000psi (680bar) for Water & Nitrogen as request.

Product features  

1. This equipment does not need electric power source and takes ordinary gas as the pressure source.

The underneath of this equipment has the wheels and the struts in order to move conveniently and it could be fixed by struts.

2.Our series test bench has a gas high pressure regulator at the gas high pressure outlet. It also has 1 set of seat leakage device, which allows testing set pressure and seat leakage for H.P. / M.P. / L.P. Safety Relief Valves.Communication interface to PC available and also digital pressure controller  .

3. The standard of this test bench: Performance testing standard of pressure releasing equipment: GB-T12242-2005

and GB/T12242   for releasing pressure testing standard , GB/T12243  for uploading pressure releasing needle valve .
