How it works
1) The air imported by IN leads to the pressurized chamber A through the check valve, B. After the air reaches the driving chamber B through the pressure regulator and the switching valve, the air pressure of the driving chamber B and the booster chamber A pushes the piston to move.
2) During the stroke of the piston movement, the high-pressure air flows to the OUT (outlet) through the check valve.
3) When the piston moves to the end of the stroke, the piston touches the switching valve and converts to the state of exhaust of the driving chamber B and intake of the driving chamber A. In this way, the pressure of the pressurization chamber B and the driving chamber A pushes the piston to move in the opposite direction, compresses the air of the pressurization chamber A and pressurizes it, and discharges it through the OUT. (The above steps are repeated to provide high-pressure air with a pressure greater than the pressure at the OUT port.)
4) The pressure regulator adjusts the pressure of the drive chamber through the handle and outlet pressure feedback, so as to set the outlet pressure.
